I just got back from an Abraham Hicks leading edge Law of Attraction workshop in Phoenix, Arizona. So now I am more tuned in and much more clear about what I want and what I can let go of in order to rise up to my full potential. Rising up to be better able to help as many people as possible in my word while feeling good and taking care of my health and happiness too!
I also went to Sedona and spent a lot of time in energetic vortexes alone and with others and found myself spending time learning from and teaching other healing Shamans. The vortexes have really interesting energy and seem to allow for greater ease to line up with desires, instantly. It's like I would think about something and it would appear! An example, I was coming back from Sedona to Arizona in my rental car and needing to get to the airport on time with a 2.5 ish hour drive ahead of me. I had a moment when I got tense and then I remembered my mantra, courtesy of Abraham Hicks: 'Things are always working out for me.' The minute after I said that I got a notification that my flight was delayed by an hour and I laughed and took a deep breath and had the drive that allowed me to take in the beauty around me with ease and grace that I wanted.
These wonderful moments of clarity and synchronicity happen everywhere. Remember, it really is more about opening up to moments and relaxing about time or what people will think if we follow the beat of our own drum and do what feels right. And let that be the reward! Let that be the knowing that you are where you are meant to be!
Let that be the knowing that a string of happy moments are a happy life, not being happy all the time.
Let the moment you feel like you kicked ass on the treadmill or saw the beauty of mother nature during a walk be you on your 'weigh' to being in better shape and healthier and not the fact that you haven't gotten the results that you want yet. They will come faster when the happen moment is the result and not the number on the scale.
Let the moment that you bonded with your child or saw how smart he or she is be the reward and remind you that you are the best parent you can be and it is enough, and you are enough, and they are going to learn what they need to learn for their lives!
Let the noticing of how everything is ok right now even if it is not perfect be the relaxation for your anxiety or worry for the future and the things that haven't happened yet.
You see what I am getting at. The way that we look at things affects the way we feel and the way we feel about things, attracts what we want or don't want. It is the LAW. The law of attraction that is.
I absolutely love every time a client does a session and wants to attract: a job, more money, a mate, more clients, an opportunity, a trip or sell a house and then after the session..... they do! In letting go of beliefs that held them back they instantly got what they wanted!
That is what I do and that is how I live and in 2017 I am going to be sharing more stories and insights about the law of attraction.

I have heard people talk about how we have the luxury to focus on ourselves and our growth. On one hand that may be somewhat true, on the other is the fact that we only do if we make time for it and we decide what to do. There are thousands of things that are out there for self improvement. It can be overwhelming and that feeling alone can cause many of us to procrastinate and just put it o .
When thinking about trying something new for your self-growth/ health have you ever thought or felt like any of these?
‘I don’t want to open that can of worms!’
‘I am afraid of what I might see or find out if I delve deeper into myself!
‘I know I have some work to do but I don’t know where to start.’
‘There are so many workshops and health modalities to pick from and I don’t know which one is best for me.’
‘But can that work for me?’
These reasons and more - like not having enough time or not wanting to spend the money - are all part of how our minds get in the way, and make excuses to stop us from changing. It seems strange that our own minds would not want us to feel better!
But, in our minds we have developed habits based on our survival needs and while keeping us safe in ‘status quo’, it also means that we hold beliefs that came to be as a result of past experiences. The knowledge we have is based on what we have done and not what we have YET to do.
Here’s the thing. Even if the talk or workshop you attend or the session you try only gives you a fresh perspective, a little more energy or the knowledge that it is, or isn’t for you... It is worth it!
Yes! and Why?
Because it also has the possibility to be life-changing, to change the way you feel forever about something, and to get you well on your way to supporting you to make the changes for yourself, step by step. At the same time, you meet like-minded people that care about your well-being along the way.
Even with something like hypnotherapy, which is more profound and can be a deeper and more changing experience, it will never be more than you can handle or want to see. That is the beauty of real healing - you will receive what you are ready for and what you need when you need it!
If you have had a feeling about something that you have been wanting to try, just do it! The experience alone will allow you to let go of things known and unknown and continue to open doors to awareness, acceptance, and truly help you to discover your greatness.

This being the last blog post before Christmas, I want to wish you the very best for the holiday season from the bottom of my heart. I am so excited to give you two gifts (that have nothing to do with purchasing anything lol) to make this time of year even happier!

'Be present. It is the best present you can give yourself.'
It's true, be here now. whatever you are doing, wherever you are and whoever you are with and however it was last year. Just breathe and be here. It is not going to matter if everything is perfect, you forgot to do something or the turkey came out perfect. Being present is the best gift for you and for those around you.
And for the second gift:
Have understanding and compassion for yourself. Whether you are with family, friends or alone, this time of year is bound to bombard you with all sorts of feelings about yourself, your life and how those around you seem to make you feel. Be patient and allow things to come up while finding something, anything to be happy about. Really! Find the tiniest little thing to feel good about and go from there finding little things that feel ok and you will be surprised how much better you feel as the day/days go on.
You are alive! Have fun with it, you deserve it.
