What is a hypnosis healer?
There are many names/titles in the hypnosis industry from hypnotherapist to hypnotist and consulting hypnotist and unfortunately, none represent the quality of education/training behind the title. One can be a hypnotist or even a hypnotherapist and not necessary use hypnosis for the purposes of healing and or they could
For certification, I prefer the terms Professional Hypnotist & Hypnosis Practitioner, both of which are received upon graduation of my signature hypnosis training, Hypnosis Essentials. These are beautiful for certification as they represent with transparency, the education learned and the practicum completed, but they are long and bulky when addressing those that use their hypnosis skills for healing.
Hypnosis Healers are those that guide their clients (and themselves) into a space of relaxation, beyond the conscious, analytical mind so that they can tap into their innate healing wisdom in order to tap into the resources they have available for awareness, insight and release - which equals healing.
I use this term to speak to all of you that are truly working with hypnosis for healing. I do not train hypnotists or hypnotherapists, but healers that use the modality of hypnosis, skillfully & professionally to achieve outcomes of deep change and transformation.
This goes beyond changing a thinking pattern or erasing a bad habit, to not only understanding the root cause but to access what they truly need to heal, not decided by the hypnosis practitioner.
